The good and the bad
My mother has become unhappy with showers and tho she is small she is mighty. The change I made was to buy a small infaltable childrens pool. A very bright ( red)plastic lawn chair. Plus, we turn up the heat. No more fighting over a shower.
Life goes on
Things have changed so much. Life has changed so much. I have felt so overwhelmed Im sorry for not keeping in touch. I believe what overwhelms family is not so much the loved one with ALZ. But, that the world around them continues. As a caregiver you attempt to be focused on your loved one. But, their are still bills to pay. Laundry and shoping to do. Appointments to keep. As the list goes on and on your loved one becomes pushed aside then the guilt creeps in.
